Lighthouse is seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS closer to own high-value deals in Indonesia, overseeing multi-stakeholder cycles from prospecting to close. This hunter role carries a significant quota and relies on a modern revenue stack with AI-enabled tools.

You’ll contribute to a global Revenue team, build your pipeline via outbound efforts and events, apply MEDDPICC for qualification, and drive measurable results with a focus on value-based selling.

Formación

• 5+ years in a closing sales role with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• SaaS experience is essential; hospitality tech is a strong advantage.
• You’ve worked with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own territory and your number; build a strategic plan and maintain 3x pipeline coverage.
• Hunt and build a pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, and events.
• Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC and AI-assisted tools.
• Use AI tools to prep, discover, and position value in meetings.
• Elevate the team by sharing deal strategies and contributing to playbooks.
