Lighthouse is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead complex sales cycles in Indonesia. You will own the pipeline from prospecting to close, targeting enterprise hospitality accounts and leveraging Lighthouse’s AI-enabled revenue stack to drive efficiency and outcomes.

• 5+ years in a closing sales role, with SaaS experience.
• Experience selling to enterprise hospitality or similar sectors is a plus.
• Strong qualification and forecast discipline using MEDDPICC.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic prospects from first contact to close.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline and hit quota targets.
• Lead complex deals with multiple stakeholders and longer cycles.
