Lighthouse is seeking a senior sales professional in Indonesia to own strategic, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from prospecting to close. You will drive large quotas and build your pipeline with outbound sequencing, ICP targeting, and strong relationship management.

You will operate with Lighthouse’s AI-enabled revenue stack, leveraging tools for prep, discovery, and positioning, while representing Lighthouse at industry events and expanding key accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a closing sales role with quota history.
• SaaS experience with hospitality tech is a plus.
• Self-directed and coachable with willingness to improve.
• Skilled in engaging stakeholders from GMs to C-suite.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.

Responsibilities
