Amartha is seeking a proactive E-commerce Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This fully remote role offers flexibility to work from anywhere while delivering measurable impact on online growth.

You will develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid social, SEM, email, and affiliate channels with a data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in e-commerce or growth marketing, a strong track record in scaling paid campaigns, and expertise

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in e-commerce marketing or growth marketing.
• Proven track record in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics and data interpretation.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing automation, and affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across paid social, SEM, email, and affiliates.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) to hit CAC targets.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and settings to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data and website performance using analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content/design teams to optimize user journey for conversion.
• Explore and test new channels and growth-hacking techniques to expand reach.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
