Staffinc is seeking an E-commerce Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our online business. This fully remote role emphasizes data-driven strategies, experimentation, and scalable growth across digital channels.

You will optimize campaigns, collaborate with content and design teams, and use analytics to inform strategy, aiming to outperform CAC targets while delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven success in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics and data interpretation.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing automation, and affiliate marketing.
• Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across channels such as paid social, SEM, email marketing, and affiliates.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and CAC targets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and settings to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data and website performance using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create marketing assets and optimize user journey for conversion.
• Explore and test new marketing channels and growth hacking techniques.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
