You will develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid social, SEM, email, and affiliate channels, using data-driven strategies to hit aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven success in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data interpretation.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing automation, and affiliate marketing.
• Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across channels such as paid social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to maximize ROI and achieve customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data and website performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling marketing assets and optimize the user journey for conversion.
• Explore and test new marketing channels and growth hacking techniques to expand customer reach.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
