Amartha is seeking a proactive E-commerce Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our online business. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere while making a measurable impact on growth and performance.

You will develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid social, SEM, email, and affiliate channels, relying on data-driven insights from Google Analytics to improve CAC and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or growth marketing.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and scalable campaigns.
• Strong data interpretation and analytics skills using web analytics tools.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email automation, and affiliate marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data-driven campaigns across paid social, SEM, email, and affiliates.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings.
• Analyze campaign and site data using Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to improve conversion and user journey.
• Test new channels and growth hacking techniques to expand reach.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead.
