Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical E-commerce Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for their online business. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, focusing on data-driven strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in performance marketing and a passion for experimenting with new tactics to unlock scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across channels such as paid social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and affiliate programs.


• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to maximize ROI and achieve customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets.


• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve performance.


• Analyze campaign data and website performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.


• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling marketing assets and optimize the user journey for conversion.


• Explore and test new marketing channels and growth hacking techniques to expand customer reach.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing , performance marketing, or growth marketing.


• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.


• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics ) and data interpretation.


• Experience with SEO/SEM , email marketing automation, and affiliate marketing.


• Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
