Job summary

STERRY Limited is seeking an experienced Inbound & Outbound Caller based remotely in Indonesia. You will manage customer inquiries across ecommerce, PR, and marketing services, handling orders, tracking, returns, and communications with a focus on service quality.

The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving, and experience with CRM and order management tools. Flexibility to work different schedules is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but hands-on experience counts.
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, order management platforms, and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers, clients, and partners in a professional manner.
• Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and provide updates.
• Respond to product, order, delivery, and service inquiries across retail and wholesale channels.
• Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account inquiries.
• Document all interactions in the CRM and ensure data accuracy.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments with documentation.
