Unicode Creative is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support clients after deployment, serving as the primary liaison between customers and the technical support team to ensure an exceptional experience.

You will onboard new users, respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and tickets, escalate technical issues when needed, and gather user feedback to help our product teams continuously improve the software.

Qualifikationen

• Friendly, professional, and patient communication style in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
• Strong empathy and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and explaining digital software tools, dashboards, and mobile apps
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or client relations is advantageous
• Fresh graduates with a strong customer-first mindset are welcome to apply

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary post-launch contact for clients using Unicode Creative systems
• Guide new client teams through onboarding and software feature walkthroughs
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and ticketing systems
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical bugs and service requests
• Gather user feedback to help our product team continuously improve software offerings
