SERPRO (PT Serpro Solusi Digital) is seeking a Customer Success & Relationship Officer to be the primary contact for clients and to guide their success with the SERPRO platform. You will build strong relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, and support onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for communication and build strong relationships with SERPRO clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs, progress, and challenges.
• Help clients become more active users of the SERPRO platform.
• Support the onboarding process and help clients understand how to use SERPRO.
• Arrange meetings, training, simulations, and follow-ups with clients.
• Explain SERPRO features and benefits to clients.
• Listen to client feedback and communicate needs to the SERPRO team.
• Identify problems and coordinate with the appropriate team to find solutions.
• Maintain communication and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Create simple reports on client activities and progress.
