Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or HR-related roles.
• Experience managing corporate accounts or client consultations.
• Driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Strong willingness to help customers win.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work with accounts to drive product adoption and act as the voice of clients.
• Spot and correct issues affecting satisfaction, retention, or HR operations.
• Facilitate periodic reviews to determine new requirements and drive success.
• Gather feedback and work with product team on Talenta roadmap.
• Monitor renewals and retention, including upsell to achieve OKRs.
