Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Indonesia is seeking a Lead Total Reward to shape global and domestic reward strategies. You will design competitive retention and compensation programs, benchmark against market standards, and ensure compliant payroll and efficient program delivery.

Responsibilities include market benchmarking, salary structure reviews, and HRIS integration to support HR operations. Fluent English is required; FMCG exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience managing Total Rewards strategy across multiple units, incl. overseas.
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies.
• Understanding Indonesian labor law and payroll regulations; regional experience is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics/reporting tools.
• FMCG industry or fast-paced, multi-entity exposure preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies across business units, domestic and overseas.
• Design competitive retention and compensation & benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking, including salary surveys and structure reviews.
• Manage the Total Rewards budget for cost-effective program delivery.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant employee payments.
• Drive HRIS integration and continuous improvement to support HR operations.
