What you will do :
Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies across the business units, domestic and overseas, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee entitlements.
Design competitive retention and rompensation & benefits strategies benchmarked against market standards to attract, motivate, and retain top talent (domestic and overseas business).
Conduct regular market benchmarking, including salary surveys and salary structure reviews, to keep compensation & benefits programs competitive and up to date.
Manage the Total Rewards budget, ensuring cost effective and efficient program delivery.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant employee payments in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
Drive the integration and continuous improvement of the HR Information System (HRIS) to support efficient HR operations.
What you need :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
Proven experience managing Total Rewards strategy across multiple business units, including exposure to overseas business.
Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, Korn Ferry, etc), and bonus/incentive scheme design.
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and payroll regulations, familiarity with regional/international compensation practices is a plus.
Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR analytics/reporting tools.
Prior experience in the FMCG industry or a fast-paced, multi-entity organization is strongly preferred.
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
