Job summary

Pt. Edukasi Mandiri Pratama is seeking a Remote Field Sales Representative to join our fully remote sales force, selling digital marketing services to businesses across industries.

You will identify and engage prospects, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals from your home office. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience in digital marketing or SaaS, a track record of meeting quotas, and strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing services, advertising, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content).
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with businesses seeking digital marketing services.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand marketing objectives and challenges.
• Present and sell digital marketing solutions including SEO, SEM, social media and content creation.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service and handover to account management.
