Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years in sales, preferably digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset for digital growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with businesses seeking digital marketing services.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand marketing objectives.
• Present and sell the suite of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, social media, content).
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service and smooth handover to account management.
