Job summary

Influx in Indonesia is hiring a Customer Service Agent (Japanese & English bilingual) to handle multi-channel support from a 100% remote setup. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, courteous, and accurate assistance in both Japanese and English.

The role requires JLPT N2 / CEFR B2 level Japanese and strong English communication. Candidates should be comfortable working with CRM systems and meeting daily targets, while representing the brand professionally

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience in multichannel customer support (phone, email, chat).
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Accurate documentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat in line with SLAs.
• Provide timely, professional support as front-line brand representative.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain high accuracy while managing multiple conversations.
• Meet daily productivity targets and service quality standards.
• Represent the brand consistently across markets.
