Job summary

Fact Base is expanding its Indonesian team to support Japanese customers and help drive regional growth. This role involves market development and high-touch customer support, with opportunities to work closely with both the local team and our Japan headquarters.

You will accompany Japanese sales members to client meetings, prepare proposals, and assist during service implementation. Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2+) and a customer-facing background are essential for collaboration with Japanese

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Business-level Japanese communication (JLPT N2 or above).
• Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, interpretation, customer support, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Accompany Japanese sales members on client meetings and provide interpretation support.
• Prepare sales proposals and presentation materials.
• Support customers during service implementation and provide ongoing customer support.
• Coordinate with the Japan headquarters and the local Indonesia team.
• Handle some inside sales activities, including outbound calls, to acquire new customers.
