Qualifications

2+ years in B2B sales, biz dev, or corporate account management.
Hunter who creates leads rather than waits for them.
Cold-calling confidently with ability to turn a 'not interested' into a meeting.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and convert high-value corporate clients.
Outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, networks, referrals.
Lead client meetings and deliver high-impact demos.
Craft custom pricing and solutions addressing client pain points.
Run the full cycle from first touch to negotiation, closing, and handover to customer success.
Grow existing accounts with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Smash KPIs by consistently exceeding monthly sales targets and pipeline activity.
Maintain razor-sharp sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
