Job summary

PT UNIKREASI DIGITAL INDONESIA in Batam seeks a proactive Sales and New Business Development Manager to grow the client base and cultivate long-term relationships. You will lead lead generation, meet clients, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

The role requires strong sales and communication skills, Bahasa Indonesia fluency, with English preferred and Mandarin as an advantage. Based in Batam, travel to meet clients is expected as needed.

• Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Based in Batam and willing to travel for meetings.
• Bahasa Indonesia required; English preferred; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up new business leads.
