SeaBank Indonesia in Medan is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to grow funding product portfolios and nurture client relationships. You will attract new clients and maintain a strong network across the local market.

You will ensure compliant, regulated client engagements and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. Fresh graduates are welcome, with strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; any experience as Relationship Manager or in funding products is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent sales skills and target orientation.
• Strong networking ability and familiarity with potential markets.
