Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi is seeking an experienced RM Funding Team Leader to drive lender acquisition and support a high-performing team in Semarang. You will supervise inquiries, manage accounts, and optimize lender processes to meet revenue targets.

The role demands strong leadership, coaching, and presentation abilities, plus proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in P2P or banking are required.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Peer-to-Peer industry or Banking industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, selling, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Acquire new potential lenders through team-driven strategies and personal networks.
• Supervise and support the team in assisting lender-related inquiries and needs (account creation, management, and optimization).
