Job summary

Bank Shinhan Indonesia in Surabaya is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with a focus on Lending SME. The role covers marketing, account sales, cross-selling, and processing credit applications for SME clients.

The candidate will handle binding on credit approved by the Credit Committee and manage overall client relationships with strong sales and networking skills. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as Marketing/Relationship Manager (Lending SME) in Banking Industry.
• Have passion and interest in selling various banking products.
• Have high initiative, strong analytical thinking, good persuasion and tenacity (target driven).
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal and sales skills.
• Have good networking skills in formal and non-formal organizations, with various levels of correspondence.
