Role Description

The Funding Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gambir, responsible for developing and managing funding portfolios and long-term client relationships. This role includes identifying potential funding customers, conducting prospecting and client visits, and offering appropriate deposit and investment products. The Funding Relationship Manager will monitor account performance, ensure client satisfaction, and respond to inquiries and issues in a timely manner. The role also involves preparing proposals and reports, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transactions, and complying with all banking regulations and internal policies. The individual is expected to contribute to business growth targets while maintaining high ethical standards and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Knowledge of banking products, especially funding, deposits, and investment instruments, and understanding of basic financial analysis.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly and handle client objections professionally.
• Sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and achieving funding targets.
