Job summary

PT Emerhub Consulting Indonesia seeks a junior Regulatory Affairs Assistant to support property and licensing projects in Bali. You will communicate with clients, coordinate with government authorities, and help prepare licensing submissions while handling multiple projects and deadlines.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with 0–2 years of experience, requiring a client-focused mindset, strong organization, and fluent English to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, or related roles.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, and able to communicate with clients and authorities.
• Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support property and licensing projects from initial assessment through completion.

• Track project documentation, applications, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.

What You’ll Do

Support property and licensing projects from initial assessment through completion.

Communicate with clients and provide clear updates on project progress, requirements, and timelines.

Prepare and submit property and business licensing applications based on EMERHUB’s SOPs and systems.

Coordinate with government authorities, notaries, property owners, and other relevant parties.

Assist clients with property rental, acquisition, zoning, and licensing requirements.

Review property and licensing documents to ensure completeness and compliance.

Conduct basic legal, regulatory, and property due diligence when required.

Track project documentation, applications, and follow-ups to help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field from a reputable university.

0–2 years of experience — Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
