Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, or related roles.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, and able to communicate with clients and authorities.
• Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support property and licensing projects from initial assessment through completion.
• Communicate with clients and provide clear updates on project progress, requirements, and timelines.
• Prepare and submit property and business licensing applications based on SOPs and systems.
• Coordinate with government authorities, notaries, property owners, and other relevant parties.
• Assist clients with property rental, acquisition, zoning, and licensing requirements.
• Review property and licensing documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Conduct basic legal, regulatory, and property due diligence when required.
• Track project documentation, applications, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
