• Define product strategy and roadmap, manage product's lifecycle end-to-end, and work with cross-functional partners for successful development, go-to-market, operation, marketing, and demand‑generation efforts.
• Analyze complex business challenges and seller pain points to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Drive and lead strategic initiatives and high-priority projects to improve the overall experience of sellers across the marketplace.
• Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy role
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to speak to technical and business stakeholders, users and interact at all levels of the organization
• Distinctive problem‑solving skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions
• Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
• Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross‑functional and global role
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Google workspace, Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
