Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Talent Acquisition Regional Specialist to drive mass hiring for Sales teams across Indonesian regions, with emphasis on Central Sumatera. This role requires strong local market insight, fast execution, and a target-driven mindset.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build regional talent pools, and collaborate with stakeholders while occasionally participating in on-ground hiring activities such as job fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably from a local/regional university.
• Based based in Central Sumatera or nearby region.
• Experience in recruitment or mass hiring is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute mass hiring for Sales across regional teams.
• Plan and assign team roles to meet monthly targets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Develop local sourcing strategies (online and offline).
• Build and maintain a regional talent pool for ongoing hiring needs.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align hiring needs.
• Track and report recruitment progress and hiring data regularly.
• Participate in on-ground hiring activities (job fairs, referrals).
