Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Lead in West Java to drive end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. You will partner with managers, build pipelines, and oversee a recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment with supervisory experience, strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tactics. Fluent English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems (ATS), job portals, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, universities, social media, and networking initiatives.
• Supervise and develop the recruitment team while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare recruitment reports, recommend process improvements, and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Company's talent acquisition efforts.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
