• Experience in high-volume/mass hiring is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume recruitment for sales field roles across multiple regions in Indonesia.
• Maintain assessment tools/rubrics to evaluate competency, personality fit, and potential for long-term performance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define quality benchmarks for each role.
• Analyze assessment results and provide data-backed hiring recommendations.
• Track and report quality-of-hire metrics to refine the assessment process.
• Collaborate with the mass-hiring team to ensure smooth handoff between volume screening and quality assessment stages.
