Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Surabaya is seeking an Area Manager to drive partner sales targets and ensure regional programs meet their goals. You will coordinate with partner operations, monitor field activity, and conduct performance reviews with clients.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years as an area manager in electronics retail, with a strong local network, ability to work under pressure, and high mobility to engage clients across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience as an area manager in smartphone and electronics retail.
• Strong network in the retail industry.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High mobility and willingness to travel.
• Maintain good relationships with client sales force.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for partner sales targets in accordance with the regional area
• Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the program's sales targets can be met
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
• Monitoring the daily activities of DSM team
• Conduct Target & performance reviews with clients
