Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd in Indonesia seeks an experienced Senior Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies that expand market presence and drive growth across East Java.

You will open new markets, build distributor networks, manage key partners, and lead negotiations while collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth execution and achievement of targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Proven track record in opening new markets and building distributor networks.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels (general trade and modern trade).
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel frequently for business development.
• Experience in international or multinational environments is an advantage.
