Job summary

PT. ALPEN FOOD INDUSTRY seeks an IT Internal Control Auditor to strengthen internal controls across IT and ERP environments. You will assess risks, draft policies, and support audit projects per the annual plan.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in ERP, database or security roles, and English fluency. Mandarin is a plus. Office based in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 2 years in ERP projects, database dev, IT ops, or info security.
• Familiarity with ERP systems especially UFIDA (Yonyou).
• Strong analytical, learning, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and improve IT internal control audit policies and standards.
• Identify IT risks and propose key internal control points.
• Carry out audits per annual plan and prioritize issues.
• Develop IT project audit plans and approaches.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions from findings.

Job description

Participate in drafting and improving the company’s IT internal control audit policies, processes, and standards.

Assist in identifying IT business and information system risks, propose key internal control points, optimize IT internal control processes, and provide professional support and services.

Carry out audit projects based on the annual audit plan and key audit priorities.

Participate in developing IT project audit plans, audit approaches, and key audit focus areas.

Conduct audit projects in accordance with internal audit standards, independently collect audit evidence, prepare audit working papers, and provide recommendations for corrective actions based on audit findings.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above, with knowledge of IT, Accounting, and Auditing principles.

Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP projects, database development, IT operations, information security management, or related fields.

Familiar with ERP systems, UFIDA (Yonyou), and information security implementation and operations.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent learning, communication, and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in English is required (Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage).
