Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking a senior Sales Management professional to lead planning, directing, and approving sales, distribution, and promotion strategies across multiple channels in Indonesia.

The role focuses on optimizing product distribution, analyzing branch operating costs, and coordinating with Finance HO on receivables and lending decisions, while expanding distribution points and improving market share in tobacco and FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the Tobacco or FMCG is required for this position.
• Have a good knowledge on customer & culture

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee sales, distribution and promotion strategies across channels.
• Analyze operating costs at each branch to protect profits and reduce losses.
• Evaluate lending to distribution channels and manage overdue receivables with Finance HO.
• Identify new distribution points and expand product coverage.
• Develop market and competitor analyses to guide new products and defend market share.
• Negotiate with outlets and customers to maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct HR compliance governance and HR development in the sales management department.
• Review annual regional sales plans and adjust budgets as needed.
• Lead promotion activities to boost sales across distribution channels based on data analysis.
