Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage sales targets and field operations in Padang. The role involves daily merchant visits, building strong relationships with PIC stores, and ensuring promotional programs run smoothly.

You will supervise 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitor daily activities, and conduct trainings to keep the team aligned with targets and company standards. Shift-based in-store responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area; good communication and marketing skills with social media.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets in the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and maintain good relationships with PIC store.
• Ensure area programs and sales targets are met.
• Place POP materials promotion in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for sales info, competitors, and field issues.
• Lead and supervise 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily promoter activities.
• Conduct field team trainings and refreshment trainings for Promoters.
