Job summary

PT. KTZ Dinamik in Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth across industrial markets. You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and monitor performance to achieve targets.

Based in Tangerang with willingness to travel across Indonesia, you will build distributor networks, engage OEMs, and steer project sales while maintaining strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in industrial products (motors, pumps, bearings, automation, HVAC, machinery).
• Minimum 2 years leading a sales team.
• Experience with distributors, OEMs, or industrial project sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Based in Tangerang and travel across Indonesia when needed.
• Bahasa Indonesia and English required; Mandarin is a plus.
