Job summary

Angel Yeast is seeking a Regional Sales Executive in Medan to drive growth and expand its presence in Sumatera. You will develop strategic partnerships, pitch solutions, and close deals with local bakeries, food manufacturers, and distributors.

Ideal candidates have a background in baking ingredients and yeast derivatives, plus 1–3 years in sales or business development, with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food technology, food science, chemistry, biology or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, technical support, or business development in baking & food ingredients.
• Fluent in Mandarin; English is preferred.
• Experience with baking ingredients, yeast extract, savory applications, or food additives is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
