Job summary

Angel Yeast Budi Indonesia is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for Surabaya to drive growth in East Java. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and closing deals with baking & food ingredients customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or business development within the baking sector, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-driven, results-oriented mindset. Fluency in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 1–3 years of sales/BD/technical support experience in baking & food ingredients.
• Fluent in English preferred.
• Experience with baking ingredients, yeast extract, savory applications, or food additives is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies in East Java (Surabaya).
• Generate leads, pitch solutions, negotiate and close deals.
• Explore new market segments and opportunities.
• Manage customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Launch new projects to increase market penetration and maintain records.
