John Crane, a business of Smiths Group, seeks an experienced after-sales professional to maintain and develop the entire product portfolio in Indonesia. You will drive customer value through service, reliability, and technical support for mechanical seals, seal support systems, couplings, filtration systems, and asset management services.

Based in Indonesia, you will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and deliver technical presentations.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of rotating and process equipment, especially mechanical seals.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and key accounts.
• Promote John Crane products and solutions and manage sales targets.
• Provide technical sales support and coordinate with engineering, operations and service teams.
• Maintain and grow key customer relationships across oil&gas, petrochemical, power, mining and general industrial sectors.
