Responsibilities

• Develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term sales forecasts in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align sales, supply, and production targets.
• Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and 3PL management.
• Analyze category and market data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and trends.
• Drive cross-functional leadership with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance to achieve goals.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and improve planning methodologies and tools.
