Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets per KPIs
• Develop market and increase sales in Surabaya region and surrounding areas
• Visit existing customers regularly to maintain relationships and increase repeat orders
• Identify and develop new customers via prospecting, product presentations, and negotiations
• Develop sales strategies based on market conditions and regional potential
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and opportunities until closing
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels are maintained
