Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Sales or Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of sales of products and services for industrial projects in Indonesia.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with customers and principals.
• High work ethic and resilience.
• Able to operate MS Office and ERP Odoo.
• Experienced working with sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's sales work plans.
• Establish and set sales strategies for relevant salesmen.
• Coordinate with salesmen to offer and sell company products and services to potential customers.
• Search, establish, and maintain relationships with potential customers.
• Coordinate with principals for support needed in sales activities.
• Report all sales activities to the Sales Manager.
• Record all sales activities through the company's internal ERP Odoo system.
• Coordinate with salesmen to convert customer needs into orders for the company.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager within the scope of work.
