Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in project or retail sales.
• Experience in electronics, HVAC, home appliances, building materials, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive in developing new business.
• Willing to be based in Surabaya and travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities for project or retail channels in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
• Identify and approach potential customers, contractors, developers, retailers, and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
• Handle product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and sales follow-ups.
• Monitor sales opportunities from initial inquiry through closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update customer/project progress
