Xiaomi Indonesia is seeking a Regional Retail Manager for the Sumatra region to lead offline sales and retail operations. You will develop standardized rollout plans for core pillars, monitor KPI alignment, and drive store productivity for premium products at key outlets.

In this role, you will manage field teams, coordinate with distributors and agents, and ensure nationwide relocation readiness. Fluent English and 3–10 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant working experience, regional or national sales.
• Experience in offline regional sales management.
• Experience with distributors/agents.
• Willingness to relocate nationwide; base location negotiable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all retail operations across the Sumatra region.
• Develop standardized implementation plans for retail pillars aligned with KPI metrics.
• Establish and maintain regional retail database and track progress of initiatives.
• Drive productivity and store sales growth of premium products at key regional stores.
• Support Regional Managers and City Managers in managing field teams, including trainers, visual merchandisers, and promoters.
