Job summary

Xingyun Group is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to develop and execute strategies across directly operated and authorized retail stores in Indonesia. You will oversee regional retail operations, align marketing initiatives, and drive expansion across multiple cities including Bandung, Semarang, Medan, and Balikpapan.

Lead, coach, and develop regional teams to boost productivity, build strong partner relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and steer business

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or retail, with at least 5 years in a regional management role.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, business management, and regional expansion strategies.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, project management, communication, and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets across directly operated and authorized retail stores.
• Oversee regional retail operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
