MAP Active Asia is seeking a Regional Head to oversee retail operations across multiple stores in the Jakarta region. The role involves strategic leadership, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitability and brand growth.

You will guide store managers, optimize resources, and implement region-wide initiatives, ensuring high standards in sales, service, and operations.

• Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource allocation.
• Build a strong regional leadership team including Area Managers.
• Foster development and succession planning within the region.
• Oversee recruitment and talent retention strategies.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop expansion plans including new store openings and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
