Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Retail Sales, National Sales, or Distribution Management in building materials, construction materials, or FMCG.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute national retail sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Lead and manage national retail sales operations across all regions in Indonesia.
• Identify and develop new retail business opportunities including building material stores, distributors, dealers, and retail chains.
• Expand and strengthen distribution networks to increase product availability and market penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.
• Monitor national sales performance including sales volume, revenue, market share, and team productivity.
• Develop and implement sales programs, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluations across regions.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the national retail sales team to ensure execution of strategies and targets.
