Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia is seeking a regional retail operator to oversee sales, manage operations, and lead a team across the region to set benchmarks in customer experience and performance.

You will coordinate directly operated and authorized stores, plan sales targets, and drive expansion with the expansion team while ensuring brand standards and strong dealer relationships; fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regional management experience in consumer electronics is preferred.
• Experience with regional business expansion and management demonstrated by successful cases.
• Bachelor's degree or above and fluent in English for working communication.
• Bonus: 20–50 store management experience and store expansion experience in the 3C industry.

Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination: manage directly operated and authorized stores and set sales plans and targets.
• Operational Implementation: monitor daily store standards and market activities to maximize brand image.
• Team Empowerment: lead the regional team, conduct training, and build a talent pipeline.
• Multi-Party Collaboration: collaborate with new retail platforms and maintain relationships with dealers and suppliers.
• Store Expansion: plan regional store systems and work with expansion teams to achieve opening goals.
