Job summary

PT DAPUR SEHAT INDONESIA is seeking an Operations Leader to manage regional operations across multiple locations, ensuring standard-compliant activities and meeting business targets.

You will oversee performance, procurement coordination, warehouse and inventory management, and lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Travel to assigned areas will be required as needed, and a strong background in operations and supply chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Area Management, Branch Management, Supply Chain, or related positions.
• Experience managing multiple areas, locations, or multi-site operations.
• Experience leading and monitoring teams.
• Understanding of operational processes, inventory, procurement, and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional operational continuity across all assigned areas, ensuring operational activities align with standards, targets, and business needs.
• Monitor area and branch performance, identify operational constraints, and ensure adherence to established processes and work standards.
• Oversee procurement needs and processes across assigned areas, coordinating with suppliers to ensure goods availability meets requirements for quality, timing, and cost.
• Ensure effective stock management, storage, distribution, and security of goods across all areas, monitoring stock accuracy and identifying potential discrepancies or waste.
• Direct and monitor area teams, ensuring task allocation, target achievement, discipline, and productivity meet standards.
• Coordinate across functions including Kitchen Supervisor, Warehouse, Procurement, and related departments to resolve operational needs and constraints effectively.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of each area covering operations, manpower, procurement, inventory, and cost usage, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Prepare routine reports on area conditions and performance, providing management recommendations on issues and required improvements.

About you
