PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara is seeking a Regional Human Capital Section Head in Balikpapan to lead recruitment and ensure timely staffing for project needs. You will monitor employee data, payroll-related documents, BPJS, and project insurance, while overseeing attendance, leave, and training programs.

This role requires strong communication and understanding of Indonesian labor law to manage industrial relations for the Balikpapan project.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 3 years experience as HR Generalist Supervisor/Leader.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor law.

• Handle recruitment process and ensure on-time fulfillment of project personnel.
• Monitor and update employee data, contracts, BPJS, and project employee insurance.
• Record attendance, overtime, permits, sickness or leave to support payroll.
• Ensure all personnel documents for payroll are complete and on time.

Regional Human Capital Section Head Balikpapan

Handle recruitment process & ensure the fulfillment of the number of personnel in the project on time

Monitor and update employee data, contracts, BPJS and project employee insurance

Record attendance, overtime, permits, sickness or leave of employees to support the payroll process

Ensure all personnel documents for the payroll process are complete and on time

Support the implementation of project employee training in accordance with the commercial agreement

Handling industrial relations within the scope of the Balikpapan regional project

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major

At least 3 years experience as HR Generalist Supervisor/Leader

Have good skills in using Ms. Office (Excel, PPT & Word) & Familiar with HRIS system

Experience in handling industrial relation disputes & have a good understanding of Indonesian labor law

Have high integrity, detail, strong communication & interpersonal skills
